The Social Science Research Network (SSRN) is an open-access repository for scholarly papers in law, the social sciences, business, and some other disciplines. Hundreds of thousands of authors have posted abstracts and papers. SSRN has over 750,000 abstracts—and most of the papers are available for free download (PDF).

Each publisher has their own rights and self-archiving policies regarding what version of your article you can make available for download on SSRN. To be sure you have the right to upload such content, you should review your publishing agreement, the publisher’s copyright policies, and/or any other applicable information prior to posting any version of an Academic Paper. USD's Legal Studies Research Paper Series through SSRN provides a method through which faculty publications can gain a wider reach. The series is distributed to thousands of subscribers worldwide and includes an abstract of your paper(s), contact information and links to the full, downloadable text within SSRN. Additionally, your paper can be included in up to 12 Subject Matter eJournals, which are distributed globally.
Both Google Scholar and HeinOnline allow you to set up profiles gathering your scholarship available on those platforms and showing their citation counts.
