Student Services at the Legal Research Center

Welcome to the Pardee Legal Research Center (LRC). You will be working in the region's premier legal collection and facility when you enter USD's law library. Various library services are available to help you succeed in law school.

24/7 Access

USD Law students can access the LRC anytime with a valid campus ID card. Contact  for any issues with your campus ID card at UC 127 or (619) 260-5999. LRC staff walk through the building to check IDs starting an hour before the Circulation Desk closes. You may leave your ID card sitting on your desk or table for staff to see if you would like to not be interrupted.

Please help us maintain a safe and secure environment by not propping open doors. Security cameras have been installed throughout the building for your safety and the safety of the entire USD community. Call Public Safety at (619) 260-2222 if you see any suspicious activity or have any safety concerns.
