All court decisions are in the public domain, so they are easy to find online. Databases like Lexis and Westlaw are better organized and easier to search, but you can always start by checking out one of the free resources listed below.
You can also search for cases on Lexis or Westlaw if you only have the names of the parties. Choose the appropriate content type (Cases / State or Federal Court), and enter the parties' names.
Note: Use of Lexis and Westlaw at the LRC is limited to currently enrolled USD law students, law faculty, and staff.
