Think of terms and phrases that might be applied to your facts and issues. Be sure to come up with as many synonyms, antonyms, broader, narrower and related terms as possible.

Words & Phrases, the 46 volume set of books, is in the library at KF156 .W67 It has not been updated since 2007.

Words and Phrases is a Westlaw database that contains judicial definitions of legal terms from both state and federal courts. Each definition contains a citation from the court that provided the definition.
