List of textbooks

Note: Course reserves for Spring 2025 are still being ordered and processed, and may not be available until January. All hyperlinked titles below are currently on the course reserves shelves. All other titles are currently on order.

This list was last updated as of December 13th, 2024. We make every effort to procure textbooks by the start of the semester.  However, availability is dependent on several factors outside of the LRC's control:

  • Faculty ideally submit their syllabus and textbook information to the bookstore by the first week of December. The LRC and USD Bookstore do not know which books to purchase until a faculty member names their textbook in their syllabus.
  • The LRC mainly purchases textbooks through the USD Bookstore.  If the bookstore has not received their shipment of textbooks it is also likely the LRC will not yet have the textbook.
