California Bar members with offices in San Diego county and all USD law alumni may borrow circulating items from the LRC. Recent USD law graduates retain regular library privileges and access to the library for 90 days after graduation.

We will notify you once we have created your account and send your 14-digit barcode. Please use your barcode to log in to your library account and request your book. Recent USD graduates may use the USDOne Login option.
Search our Online Library Catalog for books at https://sallypro.sandiego.edu/. When you find an available item, click on the gray Request it button. Log into your library account with your last name and barcode. A successful request will generate a notification for the library staff to search for your book.
Once the library staff has been retrieved your book from the library stacks, you will get an email which tells you that the book is ready for pickup.
Requested items will be held at the Circulation Desk for seven days. We will return the item to the shelves at that point. If you still need the item, please place another request.
As a USD law alumni or LRC Visitor, you may borrow up to five books at any one time. Loan periods are two weeks with two renewals of two weeks each. Fines are $1 a day overdue items. Lost or items which are not returned promptly will be billed $130 ($100 replacement fee plus $30 non-refundable billing fee).
To renew, log into your library account online. Use your last name and 14-digit barcode or ID number. Select the items which you would like to renew from the list of checked out items. Click on Renew Marked or to renew everything, click on Renew All . Note the new due date(s). USD law alumni and LRC Visitors do not have the ability to request items from Circuit using their LRC Library Account, but may use a County or City Library Account to request materials to be delivered to a library nearby.
Patrons who do not have a LRC library account may use the Circuit catalog to request items from our collection. Contact your San Diego County or City library for more information. Students at SDSU and UCSD should also check with their campus libraries about borrowing items from Circuit. All Circuit items will be delivered for pickup to the library of your choice.
The LRC and Copley Library offer alumni access to HeinOnline, JSTOR, and some other databases to registered alumni. To access these databases, you will have to log into the Torero Network. For help registering for a Torero Network account, please contact the Alumni Association. Once logged into the Torero Network, navigate to the Library Benefits page to find access to the alumni databases.
