The LRC keeps all required textbooks for 1L classes on course reserve. These books can be checked out for 3 hours so you can do your class reading.
The LRC also maintains a database of online course reserves and past exams to help you study for exams.
The LRC has a variety of print and online study aids available to students at no cost. Print study aids are on the reserve shelf across from the LRC circulation desk. Find out how to access online study aids in our guide:
Need a quiet place to study? The LRC has ample tables and carrels for quiet and group study areas.
The LRC has 4 reservable study rooms on the second floor that can be accessed by USD Law students with a valid campus ID card. Students can reserve study rooms for up to 3 hours per day up to 14 days in advance. Study rooms can be reserved during the Circulation open hours and are self-serve after hours.

The LRC also has two Lexis printers. Law students may print from Lexis+ to the Lexis printers at no cost.
