California Practice Electronic Research Materials
Clinic work relies heavily on California practice materials produced by the Continuing Education of the Bar and the Rutter Group. Often the most convenient and efficient way to access these materials is through their online databases, found on OnLaw and Westlaw respectively. In addition to research information, these databases provide forms that are widely used in California courts.
